"It was closed when I visited this centre. Times advertised do not seem to be reliable at the time of writing. There sign for the turn to the arts centre when you get to the Minane Bridge. You turn left at the Ballyfeard old graveyard on Carrigaline to Kinsale road. Don't fault yourself if you cannot tell the difference between Minane Bridge and Tracton — a bridge is a bridge seemly (in) Tracton, and you turn right (at the bridge); and its a small bit beyond. There is good parking at the centre. There seems to be a few small pictures on the wall judging from the outside through the glass and it seems to be more of a community centre than an arts centre? NB: Check by phone to see when it is open and what they have on display, otherwise its a wasted journey."
"Brilliant community focal point for music, education, recreation and the arts. A labour of love for all those involved in bringing an old derelict building back from the dead and in so doing giving it a totally new lease of life. Great venue for plays put on by the local dramatic society. Well worth a look. Plenty of on site parking available."
"Great place and lovely community. I'm not from the area but went to support a recent Ukraine fundraiser and the enthusiasm of the organiser and the people attending was fantastic."
"Great facility for arts music and theatre events. Saved from demolition, this old school which dates back to the late 1800s is now a modern arts centre and home to the monthly Farmers market."
"We used the centre as the venue for a Girl Guides Patrol Leader and assistant Patrol Leaders training. Good large rooms x 3. There is a boil water notice in the centre which meant we had to purchase bottle water. Excellent outdoor areas for activities."
