"This is the ideal place for afternoon tea in Tralee. The service is top notch, the food is excellent and the area and layout of the room is very well done. Thank you so so much to Kevin who served us today, he was a great waiter. The price is 30 euro per person, which i think is a little bit too expensive, but i will not complain! We had a good selection which included: sandwiches, cake, scones, cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. The turkey, cranberry and stuffing sandwiches are so divine and the sticky toffee pudding was just phenomenal. All the food was very tasty though, the tea was loose leaf and was extremely high quality. If your looking for a place for afternoon tea in Tralee, look no further."

"I was there for 2 nights for a family wedding. It is an excellent place and the attention to detail is second to none. The room was very nice and had everything. Comfortable beds and a fine big bathroom. All the staff were exceptional in there respective roles. All very extremely helpful and friendly. Great food and beautiful gardens for walks. The gym is well equipped and very clean. The spa area is very relaxing and peaceful. What I would say about the hotel and the staff, is that overall it creates a very homely vibe, that makes you feel special. But again it is the staff that stood out for me! They are what makes a place. All very professional"

"Really enjoyed my stay here recently. Was catching up with friends who I had not seen in some time. We had the afternoon tea and after had a few at the bar. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We felt very pampered! I stayed overnight myself. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! I also booked in to use the thermal suite the next morning. It was a great way to start the day!"

"Next to the main road in to Tralee however if you look out of the rear windows there are some gorgeous views. Breakfast was wonderful and filling however the dinner was just the wrong side of fancy to be enjoyable. However the steak was cooked to perfection. The room was unbearably hot, and the thing we thought were controls didn't seem to do much. The staff were friendly and attentive, always asking after our wellbeing. The building was wonderfully presented and put together. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing."
