"If I could give a lower star I would.. I've ordered before and enjoyed the food but I won't be ordering again.. took over 40 mins to get through to follow up on an order that was 2 hours late to be told the phone was broken.. then to be told by the person in the phone that "I don't make the food" when you express it's not good enough to wait so long when the place is a 10 minute drive. Was then asked if I wish to speak to the manager, overhearing the person on the phone saying I was angry to the manager when I just expressed dissatisfaction with the waiting time.. manager refused to speak to me and said he would call me back but no one asked for my number. WORST SERVICE EVER! Very disappointed and will not be ordering from Apache again..."
"Good food, but they do not read special descriptions. We live in an apartment complex and have asked each time we ordered to please call before knocking. Not once have we received a call. And have had our order delivered each time to our landlord. We like the food but would appreciate notice toward the delivery instructions."
