"Horrible service took over a hour to get here 8 slices for €23.50 nothing else to order to expensive. the freezing cold pepperoni was horrible.!!"

"Friendly service. Have tried all options. Walk in to order Phone in and collect whenever. Phone or Web order with delivery. Food and service are good. Delivery can be slow so we would mostly collect ourselves to be quicker."

"Very disappointed with the service, rang to order pizza at 7.40pm to be delivered. Waiting 2 hour's and no show. Eventually had to drive over to Blarney to collect, it was not ready and had to be cooked fresh. Would not recommend. Waiting too long for delivery. Not the first time this has happened."

"We have ordered food from apache on a Sunday evening, waited and hour and 30 minutes,but we haven't received any food so tried to call them. Phone was turned off and couldn't get through. Then found another contact number on the order confirmation. Got an answer this time and was advised that they can not see my order and that they had a power outage just 30 minutes ago. I advised that the order was placed 1 h 30 min ago and have the order number, but my order yet could not be found. I was advised to come in and show the confirmation email and it will take 45min to get the order ready. I advised that it is not good enough,as it was almost 9PM by then, i have ordered food for delivery and it was ordered an hour before the power outage. I had no other option but to ask for a refund. I was advised that the refund will be issued and went to put on some dinner. 10 min later I got a call from a delivery driver advising that the order is ready and he is leaving in a few minutes. I had a lot of food waisted as food in the oven was already cooking and driver said that he is coming up,despite that I have already requested a refund. By the time driver came out( another 25min later) food was already done. This was a total waist of money, food and completely ruined our evening. Will not be ordering from them again."

"Waited two hours for order to be delivered. Had to phone twice to follow up. Delivery charge was €10. Food was delicious, but not so good that waiting 2 hrs is worth it. For €10 delivery charge I would expect prompt delivery.....needless to say the service was sloppy and I certainly won't be a returning customer."
