"Waited in all day for this company to arrive for a warranty repair -they would only provide an all day appointment 09.00-18.00 - why do some organisations still do this? Why could they not provide a time slot, even AM or PM would help? Needless to say they did not turn up and did not provide any explanation or communicate me. I did not pick them they were instructed by the manufacturer of my cooker and based on other reviews I would not have chosen them. I Tried to call them but it connected to a voicemail telling me to text a mobile number. Did this, but still did not receive a response and you cannot call the mobile number provided. Who employs/instructs these people? They must be cheap! I would not have given them any stars but you cannot post a review without at least one. Use this company at your peril!"
"The worst experience I've ever had with a company. unfortunately this is the company which is used for warranty repairs by appliance direct so had no choice but to try and use them. when booked through the warranty company they said the engineer will be in contact to book a repair date however this did not happen. I received a group text for addresses that the engineer would be visiting that DAY. with no notice nobody was home therefore I responded saying that we still need the repair but wont be available for today. I received no reply, and after over a month of trying to contact them the warranty company finally managed to contact them and booked another repair. had a text from them I assume (when trying to call this number it comes u p as unregistered) that the repair is booked and an engineer will message you with an ETA. well the end of the day has come and nobody has shown up despite numerous calls and text to the numbers I have for the company. I've had an unusable oven for 7 weeks now because this company is impossible to contact and clearly lie when they do. I doubt this is even a legitimate company: 1. They don't have a functioning website. 2. They are based in Southampton but their main contact number is registered in Scotland??? 3. They only communicate in texts from phones you cant call and will never receive a reply from. DO NOT use this company."
"Terrible service - **avoid at all costs**. Total incompetence from start to finish. Failed to communicate day of visit.. Refused to give time of visit on the day they finally came. Technician came and went ordered a part that took a month and a half to arrive. It was the wrong part... ordered another part. Another 5 weeks to arrive. In the end i gave up and got another company to fix it and they did it on first visit for half the price"
"AVOID this company! I’ve been forced to use this company as I brought an appliance through Currys and this is who they use to repair appliances. Initially they came out and service was good, wrote off my appliance and I was waiting for them to write a report, I was told 48 hours for this to be done. 11 days later no report, no communication, no returning of my text, calls, the emails that Currys have been sending them. So basically no point of them coming out because I’m no further with my fault appliance! Absolutely useless! Do not recommend!!! One very unhappy customer!"
"Two appointments to repair missed. Twice told on the phone that someone would call us back. No body did. No response to telephone calls which appear to be on a Scottish number. Non existent - apparently. No answer to emails because if you use their email button on their website, it doesn't send your message. Perhaps this is a bad day, but I would avoid them in future."
