"Room lovely but you are not safe from the Manipulative staff. Don't believe a word they say once you are in the building, as in From Nov will harass you daily to sign up for the following year and make it clear to you you wont get a room if you dont. They take advantage of student with known Mental Health issues and manipulate to sign a contract for the following year promising verbally you can just cancel if something comes up!!!!!! Vulnerable people are being taken advantage of. and they know it!!!! 7 days cancellation from when signed after giving in early 2022 and they harassed that to take place between NOV and till FEB when guarantor gave in from the harassing of a worried family member. Approached them August as they had said to to tell them needed to cancel, recorded them admitting knew pressure placed on Mental health student had experienced same and it was very stressful sales, and now he was in the role of doing the same 2022/23 to students in same manner had experienced himself, and he would do it or lose his job!!!! Record all calls to this company you will need them and easily be shocked how little they care for their known Mental Health students residing within. They see you as niave and easily manipulated and dont care!!!! If you take up one of their lovely rooms in their clean and safe building, which is what was experienced, dont fall for the lies which could spoil your stay, and ruin your health when you try to cancel as promised. NIce building, shameful staff which is why it gets only one star, as honesty and stressless stay counts!!"

"The room I stayed in was spacious and nice. However it was advertised as having a cooker but was only a combi microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. However, me and three others finished our tenancy and struggled getting our deposit back. My tenancy ended on the 30th June and the deposit still hasn’t arrived in my bank account: the same as happened with my friends. Fair deductions was made from my deposit (the management team kindly allowed me to rectify the issues with my room). However, deposit deducted from my friends room were made unfairly £50 because the room was apparently dirty when it had been cleaned; and my other friend got told he had a mattress protector missing then they changed their mind and said the entire mattress was missing and dedicated £150! If there hadn’t been issues with the deposits the stay would have been great."
