"This company sold my house less than Tom the manager advised he could get, yes he sold it very quickly. He then said about getting an EPC report sent him £99 and the company never turned up, got my own done for £55 then never got the money back until completion. No communication from this company after the offer for the house was accepted, when you call says mailbox is full and no replies to emails. A very expensive bill for the estate agents for doing very little, use Feeney’s estate agents instead, with regret I didn’t use for my own house sale but used for my mum’s sale, totally the opposite to reeds rains and for half the price, her communication was second to none. Take my advice and bypass reeds rains."
