"Started out ok but then for 18 months the internet that was included in the rent was poor to none existent. The house of 9 rooms were left 5 weeks without a washing machine, also supposed to be included in the rent. Then the dryer was near on useless for months. They lie, giving incorrect information. Saying landlords instructions when the landlord has no idea. Contradict what had previously been conversed(via email). I have lost all trust and faith in this company. They are so bad even hype construction are trying to pull away from hype lettings, they are that bad!! Prefer be homeless than use these again In response to reply. I never broke a single thing in the house. In fact i mended the drawers and bed as both were loose and unsafe. Hype left my room unsecure for more than a year and still did nothing after being contacted by Stoke City Council. I only missed 1 payment. Hype did not take 1 month and took 7 months to notify me of this. When i manually sent my rent i never missed until served a section 21. Again a joke. I even offered to fix the washer and could have in 5 days. So again not stating the truth. Nothing in the kitchen of mine was ever out of place. I regularly hoovered and kept my room cleaner than most. They couldn't even put the tv on the wall without the use of my tools!!!! Unreasonable aint i?? Also you say you struggle to see why i should get those services. It was the whole house not just me that went without so I struggle to see why make that point. Unprofessional and hence why the review was made in the first place. To enable people an honest review so they have an informed choice."
