"Poor poor service, tried doing multiple applications to different rental properties and they don't reply, sent follow up emails, nothing. It's shocking, seen other reviews stating the same thing, it's ridiculous that they can carry this on its about a 7 working day reply if you do get one and its only to tell you that the properties been removed even if you are one of the first to enquire about the property applied to one that was same day listing and no response and the house had been removed 10 days later. Will never use these guys now and will encourage anyone to not use them. SHOCKING."
