"Stayed let’s say 1 and half nights before getting kicked out with my four kids one being a 7 month old baby! At three o’clock in the morning Because my partner who has severe adhd/odd/ct had a episode and shouted after waking up all flustered and confused to where he was but he still didn’t manage to wake our kids sleeping in the same room but he was blamed for waking up people in the corridor was nothing to do with the lady who actually doesn’t own it kicking off in the corridor (obviously needs someone to teach her on disabilities! Seeing it is very common nowadays!) when turning up there at 9.30pm our room still was not ready and we was made to wait 30 mins before it was! And on the same night fri night my kids was woken from same said lady shouting her mouth off again at 3 in the morning! Cannot fault the staff other than said lady! Who was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and needs a few lessons in disabilities in this day and age! Even after having to wake my kids to get out made sure we left the room tidy with no mess apart from the stained sheet where my little girl had a nose bleed on the Friday night ! Was absolutely fuming to say the least feel sorry for the rest of the staff because the business gets a bad name for one bad apple !"

"The noise is unbearable. It was 00:00 and the hotel was still shaking from the bar downstairs, even on a Sunday. Staff carried cannabis openly and had children running around reception. Television didn't work, window had no handle and the wifi (if you could source the password) didn't work."

"Visited on a Saturday.... was after a good night with music and they far exceeded my expectations .... a new club night every Saturday.... aswell as friendly staff .... its definitely somewhere I will be attending regularly .... 10/10"

"This place is nasty. Very dirty and stinking. TV remote was not working. The beds were very uncomfortable. I regretted bringing my family to this place. We had a very bad sleep. We couldn't have a shower the next day as the bath/shower room was very dirty. The room look like someone has just move away and had just drop there key. We met a letter on the tablet from the previous user the night before, addressing his letter to the owner saying they are sorry they couldn't sleep in the room as it wasn't cleaned. I have never been in a worst place before. I should have read the review. This place is worst than the reviews. Don't get me Started with the breakfast. Please what breakfast??. Bread and cereal."
