Caffrey's Furniture Beechmount Home Park, Navan, County Meath

"Very poor service. We booked our beds in Navan store with someone who was very helpful. However the others in Navan were not efficient enough to even inform the main office when we confirmed we were ready for delivery. I accepted the apology from the lady in the main office. However on delivery of the beds and mattresses today, only one bed was assembled even though it was clearly mentioned for assembly of all beds. So they first forgot about our fully paid order, and then failed to assemble 2 of our beds out of the 3. Waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed."

"Would not recommend shopping here at all. There is some beautiful bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture here. I purchased a bed frame (€849) in June 22, paid a €200 deposit on it and was assured it would be in storage until I was ready. I paid the balance on a Friday in November (when the house was ready to move in) and was given a number to contact for delivery. I did this on the Monday and was told I'd be rang back shortly. Three days passed....... Nothing! So I rang again and was told that the bed that I had reserved had been sold, and that there was no more in stock, but they should be getting more in come March 23. Naturally this wasn't good enough, so after about a week of steady calls to the delivery team, they agreed that they would deliver a bed of some sort to get me moved in, they delivered a week after I'd moved in. Two weeks after this, they delivered the bed that I had paid for, albeit with a hole in the fabric (in an area not obvious). However the floor of the bed (it's a storage bed) is approx 2inches too short so the storage part is useless, until I go off and buy a base for it myself. On top of the price, I had to pay €60 cash to have it assembled upon delivery, something I wasn't told about on purchase. Caffreys is a place with some lovely pieces, but also a place I'll never set foot in again"

"Dreadful place to deal with, I wouldn’t recommend Caffrey’s Furniture at all especially the store in Ballymount, I ordered a bed almost 5 weeks ago, I was told my bed and mattress (that I paid over 2 thousand for) would be delivered on the 20th of October and I had to pay the balance, I drove all the way to the store and paid, and by the time I got back home, I had received a phone call to say the bed, headboard and mattress wasn’t even made yet!!!! When I rang the store in Ballymount to get confirmation (I was talking to Gary) he promised me he would check it out and get back to me “in 15 minutes” a full day later still no call, so went into the store, no apology, nothing, just told it was nothing to do with them and it was the manufacture?!?!? Absolutely dreadful customer service, and appalling communication, I would avoid this place and go to a more reputable store to buy a bed."
