Reviews
"Zero facilities management. Poor heating. Sewrage overflowed. Broadband does not work. Absolutely zero engagement with facilities manager to sort out issues with property. Zero onsite facilities management presence. Avoid. Has impacted my credibility at work due to poor broadband"
"Facilities could be better Especially for overseas visitors. No basics like towels on the bathroom. Place needs a bit of a spruce up. Broken tiles half finished kitchen."
"The house was clean and the lady looking after guests was nice however be prepared to absolutely nothing else rather than clean sheets. They claim they don't put soap or alcohol for safety measures, what? You get there and if you don't bring your own soap and towels you cannot wash your hands. The electricity is absolutely expensive, you're charged €9 per day, there is no heating and there's a tiny minuscule water tank that you need to heat prior having a short shower... It takes about 20-30 minutes at least therefore if you are 6 forget about having a shower unless you have a few hours to wait for the water to warm up. Not even a complimentary bag of tea and the closest shop is far from the place. Literally an empty house for which you pay the same than a hotel with services. Terrible, no amenities whatsoever and I have worked in hospitality industry my entire life. This is by far the worst service I've seen. We chose this location since there was nothing available during the pride parade weekend for months and we had a hospital appointment in Dublin however I will never choose Trident management again. Really bad service for money. Don't waste your time."
"Really nice quiet location. Very safe"
"Nice houses for the money. Only thing is you have to go by taxi when you want go to the center of Dublin (25 min) for €45,-"
