"Tricky to find the Wetherspoon from the outside, but following the pin on the google map and a few posters on the hotel wall helped out. Very spacious inside, plenty of seating. Friendly service. Great food."
"A very good spot with great prices on all drinks and a huge selections of drinks available aswell as free refills on coffee a great selection on the food menu which are for a great price and value there is plenty of space and seating is plenty from small groups to large and there is a fine smoking area. The place is kept very clean and staff are very friendly and very helpful. The toilets are kept very clean and checked frequently. All in all this is a good spot to go for drinks and food and chat with tellys for sport"
"This is a lovely spacious bar/ restaurant. Has great deals on cocktails, and the food is good. Great for a catch up with friends or family. Staff are very nice I have to say they were very helpful even though they were so busy. I would come back to have food here any day"
"Only paid parking outside and on the Main Street and there really isn’t that much space either. Bar was busy as the World Cup football was on and it’s a few weeks before Christmas. The bar area we were at was lovely and had a beautiful stained glass ceiling. However the tables were littered with menus and glasses and bottles. The only clear table was heavily marked with the remains of a sticky menu. Service is at the bar so take a note of your table number. The food is decent enough and not that expensive. It wasn’t that warm when it arrived and the bar staff just left the meals and never asked whether we needed anything else. He didn’t even lift any of the dirty glasses that were lying on other tables when he was going back. Just totally disinterested staff. They could do so much more with the place if the staff were properly trained."
