"The House is in an excellent location for the traveller who uses the airport multiple times in the same day. Particularly if you have the misfortune to be late to the only Ryanair flight to take off in time since Charlie Haughey went to Italy to pick up his ties. There was a warm welcome at reception for myself and my 4 weary companions...well, there was a key anyway. The room itself was bright and wonderfully decorated. Apparently Mr Thomas, the proprietor, added his own personal touchesvto each suite when the premises was extensively renovated in 1984. I am not sure if each room came with the sound system that we had, but a Donegal foghorn kept up a fairly continous barrage of low frequency snorting for the better part of 6 hours of the night during our stay. It was impressive consistency. In a show of solidarity, the owner even joined us in the suite for the night to experience it. The room comfortably slept the 5 of us, middle aged, tired, sick, men; or at least, slept us as well as was going to be possible in the circumstances. I hope we will be able to return at some point for the breakfast, although you could nearly take a bite out of the air in the room by the time we were leaving. Overall, excellent stay."
"Looks as though the hotel is gradually being updated. Lovely new bathroom, Clean linen and room although furniture could do with updating. Breakfast could be better. Nice and quite. Would defiantly stay again."
"Best thing about here was the early breakfast. They already have it set out feom 3am for self-service if you have an early flight . What a god send. Even boiled eggs. I was very grateful for this. Super close to the airport and plenty of restaurants and shops near by that you can walk to on foot. Also good parking. Good heating. Bathtubs . Coffee and biscuits in dining room. Easy check in. Card key rooms. I would recommend it."
"One of the best places I've stayed. The rooms are comfortable, clean, reasonable and roomy. The location is excellent, near the airport so buses are handy for there, and those buses also take you to Dublin city centre; there's a bus stop in front. Restaurants are a nice walk to Swords. The staff are lovely. I stay here when ever I go to Dublin."
"Nothing fancy, but as a convenient place to stay on the way out, it served our needs. Very close to the airport, tucked away from a busy street, hidden in a nice garden area behind trees. Missed the sign on the way by the first time as the entrance is dark. Beds were fine, and there are many configurations available with multiple twins available for groups/friends/families. Room was clean but the towels were surprisingly bedraggled. I think many of the disappointed reviews are from people who are comparing Dublin prices to the much lower prices found in the more distant parts of Ireland, and so expecting something fancier for their higher cost."
