"Rented from My Irish Cousin in August 2022 for 16 days waited a few months to review to make sure no changes were made to final bill and nothing changed. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 5:30 am so we were there very early it was about 30 minute walk from baggage claim to pick-up spot on Dublin Airport terminal garage so convenient to get to pickup. Had reserved compact automatic to seat 4 people and luggage. When we arrived at pick up we were given next size up at no increase in cost a automatic SUV RAV-4. So the attendant walked me through the operation of the vehicle to be sure I understood all the basic operations which I appreciated. I had purchased the all up rental coverage so no changes were required at pickup (unlike many other rental companies who seem to always have last minute added ons often quite expensive) I simply checked for damage, loaded 3 large suitcase and 2 carry-on bags with no problem, and signed the document for checkout. The vehicle had low mileage, the highway toll meter was set on, and was nicely equipped with options. My nephews used the blue tooth function on the entertainment center to set-up music playlists and the WAZE driving app so we could find everywhere we needed to go. The car was easy to drive, park, had good viewing sight lines from driver seat, and we had good gas mileage. Put about 2200 Km in mileage visiting both the Republic and Northern Ireland. I had no mechanical issues, did get a few scratches on car from bushes on tight roads and other people in parking lots, but no problem on return attendant walked around car noted some cleanup they needed to do gave me receipt with no change in fees and we were off for short walk to American Airlines check-in. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend My Irish Cousin to family and friends traveling to Ireland. Their inclusive rates with all insurance, fees and taxes were slightly less than other rental agencies I had checked for this trip by about 15% so I was a little worried that either the service, the vehicles available or last minute added fees would impact the rental but everything turn out very good to exceptional. Received the final toll costs on my credit card about 3 days after rental for about what I though it would be. Thanks My Irish Cousin looking forward to using you again for future visits."

We accepted and paid for it and all was set. Insurance was included. Picking up the car at the airport was effortless and a pleasant experience.
