Reviews
"Very calm and confortabel place to live"
"Huge red flag before you decide to rent here : you'll be paying hundreds of thousands of euros for heating and hot water as this building is using district heating from a rip off provider. Residents currently are paying 57 cents per kWh, the highest price by some distance in the entire country of Ireland."
"Great building, roomy apartments, and great facilities.. The only issue for me is that there is no indoor air conditioning (.. and I know this doesn't apply to almost everyone else :) )"
