"Nice place and reeeeeally helpful receptionist. Very comfortable place and clean. I felt like home there. Quite near from the city centre. One needs to bring shampoo and bath gel, they are not provided. Breakfast was small, and if one doesn’t hurry it shortens quite fast. There’s a kitchen (I didn’t know I could use it until the last day). Wide wardrobe in room (at least the one I stayed). I left a pair of little scissors, shampoo and bath gel in reception, acccompanied by a note, as I couldn’t carry it with me in the flight back home (in case someone needed it) Good combinations with the airport. Bus 16 takes you from door to door. There’s not hot water at nights, so hurry up to take a shower. A bit poor in heating...(the only negative thing)."
"Our stay was very good. Everything was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating and kind. The location is very good - probably only 10 minutes to walk to Temple Bar and O'Connell Street, but also far enough away that the street is quiet and calm. There's also a beautiful church right across the street which made for a lovely view day and night."
"I stayed here in October 2016 for 3 nights and it was pretty ok for my first time in Dublin. They even gave us a map to help us go around the city and they were helpful enough to give us information about transportation. The price was pretty cheap compared to other hostels so we knew what to expect, but the location is great - close to city center, still a quiet area. It was enough for us, especially because we wanted to visit as much as possible and we came back to the hostel only at night. The woman who greeted us was very nice and gave us a warm welcome aand in the year they had a very cute little puppy and she let us pet him :). The breakfast included in the price was basic: juice, bread & butter, cereal, milk, jam, coffee, tea, water. It was enough for me, no complaints. I felt that the atmosphere in the dining room was cozy. We stayed in a 4 beds room ( 2 bunk beds) with a bathroom. It was basic, but clean. Indeed, the walls are a little bit too thin that we could hear the people in the other room. But we slept ok. Oh, and if I remember correctly you could rent some bikes from the hostel."
"Stayed there for two nights. Semi-comfortable mattress, hot water only from 6-10 in the morning and evening, badly soundproofed. I didn't know they had breakfast, but it only consists of toast and two different jams anyways. On the bright side it's in a good location, only a few minutes from Griffith College where a friend studied and 20 minutes by foot from the city centre. Also it's probably the most reasonably priced hostel around here and the WiFi worked well."
"Stayed in a single room with en suite for three nights over a weekend. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. The hostel is in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance of the city centre (took me 20 minutes to get to Temple Bar)."
