"Very friendly staff and high-tech rooms. I lost my bank card and one of the hotel staff found it and posted it under my door. Very thankful for that My room was spotless and the hotel is in a great location. My shower had very little power, that was quite frustrating. I did not report it, but I know the staff would have sorted it out of I did Decent food and drinks in the hotel"
"Rooms are compact but space efficient, and very well cleaned. The toilet had good water pressure. Rooms also have a good aesthetic. Hotel itself is well-maintained and clean generally. Beds are on the harder side which can be a pro or con. Pillows are fairly flat and not soft. We paid approx 100 euros per night for 2. When factoring in the price, location, and rooms, amazing value rooms if you just need a comfortable, refreshing place to stay for a trip."
"hotel was in a convenient location and easy to get back and forth from the airport. Short walk to the temple bar area. The immediate location of the hotel is not the most desirable but overall very good. The booking included the sq footage but the layout of the rooms made it feel much smaller. It was very tight for two people. the staff were very helpful and accommodated an early check-in after a long travel day. Unfortunately, on our final night someone activated the fire alarm which was very disturbing. Would consider staying again as an affordable option in a nice location, however for longer stays I would consider elsewhere for more comfort/space."
"All of the staff were very friendly, the location is perfect, and the room was very modern and comfortable. If you arrive before check-in they will store your luggage in a safe room so you can explore Dublin without carrying everything with you. There is a bar downstairs with the lovely Irina as bartender. I would definitely stay here again any time I visit Dublin and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
"We were able to get a room short notice, booked direct and got a discount and free breakfast(make sure to check the hotel site for discount codes!) All employees we interacted with were kind and helpful! Hotel was clean and modern. Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, typical European breakfast with pastries, meats/cheeses, coffee/tea etc. The hotel also has a bar for evening beverages which was nice after long days, if you didn’t want to go out to a pub. Location was pretty good for walking to things to do, and there’s a Tesco right across the street for any necessary groceries! (We usually just needed water). The rooms are cozy for sure, but as long as you go in expecting that, it’s not so bad. We had a “cozy double” for two nights and a “comfy double” for our last night in Dublin. Room size was not very different and bathroom is the same in both, very tight squeeze. Overall, very pleased."
