"Location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, room 01 is downstairs, it’s small and can be very loud with the building entrance door adjacent to the room. Other guests coming in and out all night just seem to bang the door and it can be quiet disturbing, especially if you’re trying to sleep. The stairwell leading to the other rooms is very narrow so if you’ve got a lot of baggage or a heavy suitcase, it may be a challenge for you. I enjoyed my stay here but just advise you to take my points in to consideration. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would."
"This hotel is ok, the price was great given its location. Theres no reception and check in is all done online but with no name on the door it could be hard to find for tourists. Our room was on the ground floor, just inside the front door and very cold. There was air con which didnt seem to want to come on. Every time someone came into the building it was very loud. This I can deal with given the price. But there was a constant glowing green light on the ceiling, doesn't seem bright with the other lights on. Once the lights were out, this lit up the whole room, I found it very hard to sleep and woke with a headache the next morning. Also, the tv wasn't connected to a cable provider. The room would be fine in summer, but if you're sharing with someone, be sure you're very comfortable around them. The bathroom has a fully frosted glass wall and sliding door. You can see a person's outline while they're in there, the shower is great but it leaked into the main room."
"They send me the full address so I didn't have trouble finding the place, I just googled it. I had the sink in the toilet not draining, complained and they took about an hour to respond, they came and fixed it, so when I came back from the rugby it was already fixed. The room is small but still comfortable. The bathroom light has a sensor, so it turns off after a few minutes. It took me a while to realize it."
"100% whorted. Not only it has a very great location, but also they have a team working to help have a great time. I loved the details they had with me at my arrival. They always were comunicative with me even before my arrival. I wanted to have a late checkout and even when they were unable to do it they helped me out storing my bags for a while, i got the chance to explore temple bar area before my departure time. Also the bed is very very very comfy. I had the best sleep in weeks. People should stay just to get a great sleep on those mattresses."
"I love this hotel! The location is perfect, the Hiphipstay team is amazing. I look forward staying here again! Feels like home."
