"We had a 3 day stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment beautifully presented with every amenity that you would require. I would recommend ordering a welcome pack as well. Our dealings with customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend booking. Luas line at the bottom of the road."
"I’ve stood in a wind tunnel. It was for work. It was loud and, well, windy. Ireland is an island. Generally, islands tend to be more windy than some other geographic locations. Sometimes, the wind is stronger near the coasts of islands. The Premier Suites is about a 15-minute drive from the coast here in Ireland. While I’m extremely confident that the construction of the Premier Suites building is structurally sound enough to withstand any and all winds, I think the engineers who designed and built the hotel never lived in a windy locale. Or they were deaf. I say this because the structural sounds of this building being battered the island’s constant gusts make the Premier Suites LOUDER than standing inside a wind tunnel. This is especially acute at the front of the building where, unfortunately, the suite’s bedrooms are situated. All night, every night, the winds would howl as they blasted whatever un-aerodynamic bits are on the front of the building. As you can imagine, the decent location, nice layout, and practical features of the apartment are of no consequence when stepping out of bed in the morning after a few tortured hours of heinous sounds keeping my family awake. This terror is amplified by the moans and grumpiness of two sleepless teenage girls. Oh, and the intense smell of some noxious chemical cleaner when we first walked in the apartment was frightening. I shudder to think what other odor the cleaner was covering up. At least we were able to open the windows and sliding door to let those strong winds blow the likely-poisonous odors out to sea."
"Got my attention with the slogan: "Why should you book another hotel?" I give you some reasons why you highly should! Stay out of the Sandyford one! Before that let's start with the good things: 1. The staff was really friendly and very helpful 2. Cleaning services are very nice, doing a really good job 3. Nice channels on the TV (but only within the cold apartment) Now to the experience... I had to switch apartments due to a heating failure two times in a row which caused not having warm water for 4 days as well as a warm apartment. Inside the first apartment it was very noisy due to high winds, the windows do not really keep any air outside so it was continuously cold in the bedroom (did not matter which one you choose, all of them).I had to move apartments within 1 day after getting home from work by 6:30 pm. Just took me till midnight to have my stuff moved, great activity to spend your evening with. :) The knives very everything expect sharp so I had to sharpen them myself (at least got the tool provided). 1/2 of the Toaster was not working and the sink was super messy, water everywhere if you put like 30% pressure on. The second apartment was at least nicely warm and the sink was nicely working this time. the tv channels never had information shown and some of them did not work (were working in the first apartment). To my surprise I got the premium "salon hairdryer" turns out it is like max 40% better than the average one. - not worth After a pretty busy day I decided to go for a bath, turns out you can't, the sink closer was missing, no hot bath for me I guess... (looked everywhere but nothing in sight). The apartments overall are very empty in my opinion does not really make you feel home nor comfy. Wardrobes also seem to be totally overrated... I mean who is having jackets or coats nowadays right??? (irony) If you are not used to wind noises jamming through every window your sleep might be disturbed quiet often. I'm pretty sure every other hotel with a 130€ rate a day is doing better than this one. Really hope that the other Prem places are at least better than this one. Was very exited to leave the hotel, hope nobody had to experience a similar stay. If you have a choice, choose anything else!"
"Fully recommended. I stayed at Premier Suites in Sandyford for two months while . Very close to the Luas which made popping into town or Dundrum Shopping center a breeze. Several stores are conveniently nearby including the Beacon shopping center with a large selection of dining options. The apartment was spacious, warm, and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to any requests. I would happily return."
"Lovely apartments, well located near the Luas line. The staff were excellent, particularly Gosia on the front desk. Housekeeping were wonderful, the apartment was always spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay, and very grateful for the booking flexibility we were offered."
