"This is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would give names, but no one was wearing a name badge. The food was great, and the rooms had vast views and were comfortable. Really needed the soaker tub after a full day walking around Dublin. Conrad Dublin is close to everything without being in top of it."

"I stayed here for a week (nov 17-24) and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was incredible. There wasn’t a single person working that gave off any negative energy. The amenities are more than you could ask for, especially being so far from home. This hotel really emphasizes the little things when it came to service. I also ate at the Terrace a couple of times and the food and service were great! Another huge plus was the location. I didn’t have to take a cab anywhere. Walking distance from all the great spots in Dublin and walking distance from the train station. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"I was delighted to stay at the Conrad the first week of June and was pleasantly and courteously welcomed by all staff. Several of which I can still remember by name and face! I'd just finished a 3 week holiday with my mom, and tested positive for covid which was thankfully a false positive result! I meandered the grounds upon knowing I was negative, test result in hand if necessary, and was treated with the utmost respect and consideration by all staff during my mandatory 6 night stay before returning to the US. I can't compliment the service enough. Being a jet lagged American and antsy to boot, I can absolutely say there are worse places to have been quarantined in! I would give specific names of employees but fear that would be out of line. Rest assured, anyone choosing the Conrad as their accommodations should be in good hands. I was thoroughly impressed by the service, the employees, and I've made a trip to Dublin since my initial visit. More than 5 stars are deserved. Management - if you would like to know who your exemplary employees are, I'll gladly share. They were who defined such a wonderful experience. For privacy reasons I won't divulge here, but you have a fantastic staff, truly. This American will return soon enough."

"Shayla is the best most attentive of the breakfast team. I recommend the hotel pay some attention to the breakfast service. A bit of sleepiness going on for a lot of business people who want to enjoy but also require some efficiency. One person needs to lead the orders and then ensure execution as a pertinent part of the service. Thank you to Shayla who turned my morning around and met my needs before I fly out of Dublin."
