"This cruel property owner, after having updated my card details appropriately waited until I ARRIVED after 630pm to tell me they had cancelled my booking without confirmation through from the booking itself. Conveniently the room had been snapped up despite my booking still being live, which doesnt go to say much for customer service whatever about the indifference I was met with on arrival."
"Despite all the bad reviews I read here, I was grateful not to change my booking. We stayed here for a week and never had a single problem. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. We didn't get the breakfast while we stayed but even the smell in the morning was delicious. I could tell that breakfast is cooked fresh every morning (I had a chance to have a small peak inside while looking for a staff member in breakfast time.) I strongly recommend NOT to read all these bad reviews and enjoy your stay. Very close to the sea and bus stop for city center is only across the road."
"Cleanliness not great room was roasting and everything rattled when the window was opened still awake at 3am and booked to get sleep for a ferry at 5 am. Over priced at 110 a night we paid through booking.com on a Friday night would have preferred if i booked a city hotel for same price and just got a taxi out as it is not too close to the ferry port either still 14 euro in a taxi about the same from the city !"
"Booked this place because I wanted to stay somewhere in Dublin I'd be able to get some sleep and it was a very good choice. I stayed in a deluxe double room which was big and spacious and very clean. There is an option for a cooked breakfast which was also very nice. It is close to Dublin town although a taxi ride will set you back somewhere between €13-18 depending on exactly where you want to go. We also found the taxi service to be very efficient. Would definitely consider staying here again if it was available, feels much more homely than a hotel or even some other B&Bs I've stayed in."
