"We spent a lovely night here in a very cosy, comfortable and spacious triple room. The guesthouse in general is very clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The location is great and our room was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend. Thank you."
"The hotel is centrally located very close to at. Stephens park and next to a tram stop. The room we stayed in was very clear and spacious with all the necessary amenities like a hair dryer, soap, an iron, towels etc. The reception is open 24/7 and you can leave your luggage at a storage space if your room is not available upon arrival. There are some clubs in the area so it’s not extremely quiet but nothing too major."
"All the staff I met were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and the vibe the place gave was cozy and welcoming. Breakfast was a little pricey but the food was nice so I'll give them that. Kettle for tea in the rooms, soft and comfy beds and TV in the room too. Would love to come back here, this hotel couldn't have done it better"
"Do not believe that this is 4*..pictures on line very deceptive. Offered a room in basement down a dodgy stairs but for fact that our money was taken as soon as we arrived, would have walked out..room was like a dormitory. But after much ado we were offered another room, which was definitely better. Very noisy but clean. Completely overpriced for old hotel/guesthouse which is badly in need refurbishment."
"Lovely hotel. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but they’re tidy and clean. The reception has been very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is in the hotel just next doors, serving a breakfast buffet to the likes of all."
