"The hotel location is great, near the convention center, other attractive sites, convenient store as well as Samuel bridge. Easily accessible to Tram and bus station with the wheelchair users accessible way. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice with a firm mattress, we have a nice sleep during the stay. The restaurant at LG floor is marvelous and very beautiful with tasty food and drinks. We could have authentic Irish black and white pudding with tasty food in the morning. Definitely be back in the future. So impressive!"
"Stayed for one night , room was a good size with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with a shower , there was no toiletries or water only a tea/coffee station. Modern air conditioning but there was a strange noise coming from the vents in the room which seemed to happen when the toilets were flushed sounded like a gush of water each time which was annoying during the night. Food was tasty and staff were friendly Overall was a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again."
"Everything was perfect, from the first meeting at the reception to the greeting in the hallway from the cleaning lady. We had a room on the 8th floor with a great view of the city. The room was very well cleaned. Very clean and hygienic, as was the whole hotel. Also a very good morning buffet. We felt very comfortable and our expectations were more than exceeded! We will be very happy to come back to this hotel in the future."
"The Samuel Hotel is brand new and has great potential but needs to be tweaked in certain aspects. I liked that it was about a 15 minute walk to city center which made it quieter. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good and it also has a small cafeteria which is excellent for a quick breakfast. The rooms are small and don't have a lot of storage such as drawers. The bathroom is poorly lit for us ladies to apply make-up and there are no make-up magnifying mirrors so bring your own. The shape of the toilet was square which was quite uncomfortable. They did not offer toiletries such as cream, conditioner or shampoo. They had liquid soap and that was it. They did have an in room safety deposit box, a coffee machine, and left cookies and small biscuits on a daily basis. The rooms don't have a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the towels were changed daily. They clean the rooms very quickly so I don't know how thorough they are. The staff as a whole is very friendly and helpful. The only person who came across as haughty was a manager by the name of Luciano. Others who were sweet beyond measure were Margaret, manager in the cafeteria and Eduardo an upstairs manager. I would definitely stay here again but I feel that if they put a little more love and attention into this hotel it would be so much better."
"Absolutely fab hotel! We arrived in Dublin at 1pm headed straight to hotel and they were so accommodating and gave us a room straight away. We went for a concert in the 3arena this hotel is perfect location. Luas stops right outside hotel and brings you straight to the arena! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculate couldn’t fault it! The bathroom spotless and the beds were so comfortable and also the pillows were unreal which is so hard to get normally in a hotel. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would 100% return for future stays"
