"In relation to the commercial truck parked in Ellensborough Lodge. The truck or driver has never caused problems in our estate and has always parked safely in a parking bay for over 15 yrs. No complaints have ever been made to the OMC in relation to the truck. There is a green area in Ellensborough lodge for children to play in.
