"Went here to browse. Got speaking to Mark who listened to what we were looking for. Showed us a couple of pieces but let us take our time and settle on our choice. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Had our suite delivered in less than 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for new pieces to go and chat to the lads."

"Absolutly, most definitely wouldn't shop here again. Already have told friends and family same. Everything was perfect untill we were waiting for delivery of sofa and dining table & chairs. Went into shop to speak to a member of the team regarding an update on delivery date as items hadn't been delivered and we couldn't get in contact with the shop - tried calling shop multiple times before going in. When asking for an update in the shop as furniture hadnt arrived, a member of the team (which I won't name because I'm so appalled and embarrassed of how we were spoken too, who was the same person we dealt with when buying items back in march) asked what we were doing in the shop when trying to explain we were just looking for an update on delivery. He asked for our invoice number which we didn't have on us. He proceeded to shout at us telling us this was illegal to look up order numbers and how we could get him into "serious trouble" if he looked up our order number without the invoice, talking to us as if we were 2 kids. We couldn't get a word in to try tell him we could try get the invoice or call somebody at home to send us a picture of our invoice he just continued to get angry that we didn't bring our invoice with us. Telling us 'for future reference bring the invoice' - there won't be a future because we won't shop here again. Anyhow, the furniture arrived 2 days later, and it's gorgeous furniture. It's perfect and the delivery men were a great help. Were a young couple who just bought a new home, I feel our age was defiantly taken advantage of here as there is absolutly no way this member of staff would of talked to an 'older' couple like this. We were in shock. Other than this member of staff talking to us like 2 children who forgot their homework it would of been a 5 star review."

"I got my sofas off them late September, the delivery was a-bit slow but their customer service is great, my 2seater was faulty but within 2weeks of going in to them and explaining, they emailed me to sending the video, I got a new one yesterday… I would highly recommend Rightstyle furniture. Thanks for everything I would be back again"

"How I wish I’d read this company’s awful reviews before purchasing anything. I paid a deposit for furniture here. The agreement was we paid a number of payments to pay off the full amount then they would order the furniture we choose. We were made aware of the company’s dreadful reputation a short while after and decided to cancel our order and seek a refund. Right style refuse to give us our money stating they are fully entitled to keep our money. Just to clarify they did not order any items for us. ******Review update ***** Unfortunately you seem “your not our customer” as a regular excuse looking at your awful reviews. I was in your shop last week on the bank holiday 31st October and you had no problem finding me on your system. Also do you really think people are leaving reviews for random businesses if they weren’t unhappy customers. Your running a shocking service and ripping people off and it’s only right people should be made aware before going into your store. I know I wish I knew what type of business you were before handling you any money"

"Hi I wouldn't advise anyone to buy stuff from here. My wife and I bought beds and a dining table with chairs. First, the wrong colour of bed was delivered to me for the king sized bed and the second double bed didn't have the side drawers which we paid for. We called for a refund of the money we paid for the side drawers and they told us rudely to contact customer support instead of handling it themselves swiftly. Our dining tables and chairs haven't yet been delivered to us till now(we placed this order in june). We have concluded that if the wrong colour of our dining tables/chairs are brought, we wouldn't accept it and would ask for an immediate refund. Please I need my refund for the side drawers ASAP."
