"I find the good reviews here a bit suss because this company isn't good to deal with at all. Never got the order despite being told it was on the way in a van. This was after 3 weeks of already waiting. Thankfully I chose cash on arrival so I haven't lost anything but time & patience."

"Absolute shocking company. Ordered a nest of tables 2 weeks ago. Thought they'd be delivered in a few days as the company is in Dublin. When I phoned up they hadn't a clue!!! Told them I'd call and collect it, then they told me it's in Belfast. And now they are saying its not in stock BUT might be in next week. I've requested a refund and will try elsewhere, so don't waste your time with these......... On the Plus side I did get my refund quickly"

"Worst service ever, do not order from here. I Made an order over 3 months ago and I still have not received it. I originally got told it will take 2/4 weeks. I have had to ring for updates regularly to see what was going on as they have never once updated me or reached out to me to explain the delays. They kept telling me each time I rang that they should have my order in their warehouse “next week” is what the kept saying to me every time I rang, they weren’t that nice to me either when I did ring. After 3 months of waiting when I rang this week they told me that they actually don’t know when they will have the bed I ordered off their supplier so they cannot give me a date of when I will receive it. So after all that waiting they didn’t even reach out to me to let me know that they don’t know when I will have my bed after they continuously told me I’d have it next week and they even made up a date saying they’d have my bed in the warehouse by the 16th of November which turned out to be a lie to. Don’t waste your time ordering from here."

"I ordered a desk on Sep 16. Got a confirmation of the order being processed, no due date for delivery provided. Spent several weeks massaging with the company reps as the desk was not delivered within the 2 weeks they promissed in the emails. When finally got an sms from courier I spent the day at home waiting for delivery and nothing happened. It took another couple of days for the item to finally get to me. I was refused a discount for the inconveniences it all caused as the item was already discounted , however taking in consideration how much trouble it was I think there could have been some courtesy. Anyway, thanks to Chris for delivering my desk. The item itself is good but you should definitely work on customer satisfaction guys"

"4 MONTH wait for an “in-stock” item then they cancelled order Ordered a bed in June. In stock. 2-3 week delivery time. Followed up in July, and in August, and was told they were very sorry but the order was delayed. Today… in October, I got an email saying they’re cancelling my order. They have offered alternatives, with a “2-3 week delivery time.” Needless to say, I won’t be wasting another 4 months of my time. Lastly, I read all the reviews in July after I placed my order. I wish I’d read them earlier. I mentioned to their customer service that they had over 50% negative reviews on trustpilot. They said that they were aware of this and were doing something about it. Magically… now it’s all positive reviews by people who all say more or less the same thing. The reviews are obviously fake. They haven’t gone from 50:50 negative reviews and a 1.5 star rating to a 4.5 star rating in 4 months."
