Reviews
"I have read a lot of negative reviews here about this place and was skeptical before ordering for pickup at the center. Took a chance as the main IKEA is like a day trip. Honestly had a hassle free transaction, my order was ready within 24hrs and received an SMS notification as well as app notification. After I reached the center to pickup, I only had to show my order ID and got all my things within 5min of waiting. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Reducing 1 ⭐ because - you don't deliver kitchen knifes because of age restrictions which is understandable, atleast keep them at the pickup center and ask people to show their ID to buy it."
"Convenient location (for me) and they carry some products for purchase. I gave them a three as the staff member hesitated to offer assistance ( there was light rain) I use a walker for mobility. Normally I only purchase products that fit in or on my walker or have products delivered, given its flat packed and my purchase was a small end table I saw no reason to have it delivered. Having to practically shame him into assistance, needless to say I did not provide a gratuity."
"A great place to collect. The overall ambience is good and spacious. But if you want variety it’s best to visit the main IKEA. But it’s great since closer to most of the south Dublin areas."
"Great place to do online shopping and collect the items. I like the quality of the items from IKEA. The staff here are efficient and it usually take only a few minutes to get your orders. You can also do in store shopping, but the collections are very limited. There is plenty of car parking nearby. Yes, I recommend this place."
"False Advertising!!! Price for item was displayed at €60 in the shop and when ordering I was told its gone up to €75. X 3 this would have been an extra €45 to order. I was then told by the shop assistant that she would check with her manager. Manager checked, but only checked (10 times) that they can break Advertising laws as long as they tell me the price before purchasing. The attitude of this manager was disgusting, I was told take it or leave it! Customer service retraining needed in this store. That manager should have spent the 10 minutes I was waiting to see how she could help me get the Advertised price, not how she could make sure they didn't break the law. Too big a company to care about Customer service"
