"Had flax leather dining room chairs delivered late January 22. In early March 23 I noticed the flax leather has started to peel away. Contacted customer care about the issue. Was told chair out of warranty and it is not a manufacturing fault, therefore it is nothing to do with them and then they stopped responding to emails. I would expect to an expensive chair to last longer that 13 months before it would start to deteriorate. The chair does not meet a certain condition of quality, performance and durability. Having reviewed the Consumer Rights Act I believe this chair falls short of the standards and conditions I would expect of this product. EZ Livings response has been lacking and disappointing."

"Great store in Tallaght with a good selection of furniture and very helpful staff. Dealt with Suzanna (apologies if I misspelled her name!) who was very helpful and has helped us out further even after we bought our goods. Definitely recommend the store if your looking for furniture."

"A huge shame for such a "posh" company would not recommend buying anything there especially a sofa that after a month looks like it was used for 50 years also the worse customer service I have experienced they are rude and won't listen to your issue. "Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Bought my furniture in Tallaght store staff here were excellent really helpful and very nice people. Got my order on 2 separate dates. First order for sofa they brought it up and set it up we’re great help! Yesterday I received second part of my order. I missed the delivery in the morning I understand I was lucky they came back out the same day but to let a 5 month pregnant woman with a baby in pram asleep carry this up on her own is appalling!! Then customer service rang me today rudest person that has ever spoke to me in my life said we were lucky to get it before Christmas and be thankful they came back out! I’d rather get it after Christmas when I wasn’t in work than to have me pregnant girlfriend be left at the door trying to do this on her own! Would give 0 stars if I could the sofa is lovely but the customer service over takes this by far once they got there money they didn’t care Won’t be shopping here again!"

"Very nice store.All members of staff are so helpful .Didn't get all their names but Aaron and Zuranna along with the rest of the team were so patient with me in helping me chose my sofa.I dealt with a member of the customer care team on line too and am impressed with the service .Purchased a sofa bed which was delivered at the appointed time by very nice delivery men and I have currently have another sofa and chair on order. Would definitely recomend this store."
