"Purchased a chair from this shop full price which wasnt suitable and returned within 24 hours. Was offered a credit note and asked for refund. Refund was offered minus a 15% restocking charge. Paid 450 for the chair and got 380 refund. This was not a custom made order, indeed when we expressed interest initially in the chair we were told they were so popular they couldn't hold one when they got the next delivery that we had to place a non refundable deposit of 225 to secure a chair from the next batch delivery. An expensive lesson learned in where not to shop!"
