"Bought a set of 6 chairs 2 years ago, have been sitting on it for 20mins a day max, quality speaks for itself, EZ living refusing to change faulty items, even though we started having issues with chairs 2 weeks after the purchase. Quality of the items is questionable... this set is still available to purchase, be aware and do not purchase these chairs as will have the same issue..."
"If you buy from the store, you can't request refund. They will only offer you a credit note.(we were only informed of this after the payment was completed) Orders take too long to be delivered We bought a kitchen table that was in stoke, however, it took two weeks to be delivered. the table was broken, so we had to organise a technician to come to fix it, and still it hasn't been fixed. Overall, a really bad experience as this products are not cheap, and the customer services tells us it's our fault as we did't ask for the refund policy before purchasing."
