"Avoid this place entirely. I faced issues at every step. When I booked Astoria bed, I was charged 85 euro for delivery. One of my friend was charged 58, I called them first time they said that’s the standard charge, I called them second time and they said 65 euro is standard delivery and changed it to 65 euro. Seems like they don’t have a proper system which says how much it will cost for delivery for a place. Or the staff is incompetent that they can’t understand difference between 85 and 65. My delivery was scheduled for 11th Jan, a day before they canceled it and said it will be done on 12th. I called them and requested to not make delivery on 12th because no one will be home. I received my mattress after few days I received my bed, here comes the biggest problem. None of the super king size mattresses fit. When I measured the space width is 186cm and length is 206 cm. So basically 6 cm gap after the Matresses. You can easily see the wood stripes on bed sides. It looks so ugly and when we made a request we were asked for photos which we provided and no one responded in first week. I asked them to take it back then I got a response saying it’s normal. So basically diamond furniture is saying an ugly looking bed, an ill measured bed is normal for them. No one literally listens to you. To avoid all these kind of pains, please avoid. I would request a full refund(800 + 65+ 65) and they should compensate for the waste of time and frustration they caused."

"Excellent service would highly recommend from Mike in the shop who was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We ordered couches and a table and chairs, the table and chairs are not due in until February so he organised a loan table and chairs for us. Delivery of couches went very smoothly arrived on time, lads delivering were very nice and handled everything with care so as not to mark any walls ect. The customer service team are excellent particularly Nichole. Would not hesitate to recommend 5 star service"

"Shocking service. I ordered two couches with cushions. The couches were due to arrive after three months and they came after six months with no communication around delays. 11 months later and my cushions still haven't arrived. The legs on the couches also arrived in different colours. An incredibly stressful 11 months with no accountability. Shocking service for such expensive pieces."

"Update: Diamond contacted me out of the blue a few weeks ago, saying that our case had come up with their MD in a meeting and that they would refund some of the money (€200) as a gesture of goodwill, received it in the post today. While it would have been better if they had taken some responsibility at the time, at least this can go toward the cost of repainting, we'll have to just live with the floor as it's too expensive to fix. Original Review: Do not buy anything from Diamond Furniture! Avoid the place entirely and save yourself the pain, the delivery experience is a disaster. See pics attached: 1). They covered our ceiling with oil and dirt, the wrapper around the mattress was dirty and they smeared it all over the walls. 2). They scratched and damaged a newly laid floor while installing our bed, which is so frustrating. 3). Because their deliveries are slow, they offered a loaner couch which I thought was nice of them, until it arrived. It was filthy and covered in dog hair, I had to send it back with the installers who agreed it was disgusting. It was hilarious how bad our experience was and best of all Diamond first ignored our emails and then took zero responsibility. They get you to sign a waiver because this clearly happens all the time, don't sign it and don't buy anything from them."

"Couch delivered today to a storage unit as we are still delayed with house, all out of our control. This was explained at the time of purchase but we had no option but to go ahead due to ridiculous lead times given. We were assured by Keith at the time they're ways around this if house still not ready when couch in stock. He told us he could create a new order number so couch could be held for longer. This did not happen instead we received constant phone calls threatening to cancel order despite it being paid in full. When couch arrived today very poorly packaged with numerous tears to packaging, couch is bright coloured and remains to be seen if it's stained when we eventually get it into house. Other furniture shops we are currently dealing with understand the position we are in and are more than happy to help. Diamond told us what we wanted to hear to guarantee the sale, I would avoid in future."
