Despite the arctic weather as of late I have been out in my garden chilling out on my deck chair, it is that comfortable. "Caveat Emptor! Prior to recently purchasing dining chairs online I made contact to ask if a discount was possible. I received a decline so in good faith proceeded with the purchase. Days later 'and before my goods were delivered', the same chairs were reduced in price. I made contact again to ask if it was possible to offer me the new price as a gesture of goodwill and received a further decline. I emailed Michael Murphy Online Sales as I considered returning the chairs and received no reply, this was followed by another email and still no reply. At this point I have accepted my situation but I am disappointed that Michael Murphy Online Sales have failed to respond to two further emails. It appears that after sales customer service is not important to this company which is a shame. I am a first time customer but I won't be returning."
