"I went to Brendan for a replacement mattress. When I got there, he had 3 laid out for me to test. This man is old school, he puts the customer first and really gives the interaction that personal touch that is so sadly missing with large chain stores. I picked the one I wanted at 10:30 am and by 1:30pm, it was delivered and placed on my bed.
