"The hostel is located in a pretty shady area of the town. We already some troubles with booking the hostel and having them accept our check in time. Once all that was sorted out though. And we were at check in, the front desk office guy kept counting the money, rather than helping us for at least 10-15 minutes, which was pretty frustrating . Upon checking in, the rooms were pretty small, had only enough for a bunk bed and two people to stand. The rooms also has a sink, giving it an appearance of a prison cell. The hallways were also pretty narrow, and the no decoration anywhere made it look like a prison. We got out quickly in the morning and were really happy to do so."
"It is good for one night and back packers. It is close to everything and easy access. It is not too noisy. There were no cups or towels in the room, we had to ask for these at reception. The price was good."
"Demanding 5 pounds cash only deposit for the key is a down. I haven’t carried cash for long long time in Europe and UK. Key card get invalidated twice per day only by putting into my cloth pocket. Otherwise is a good hostel."
"Great place to stay. Incredible value for money. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. You have to ask for towels but they're free. Incredible view of the city."
"Great price point. I felt very safe here which is most important to me when staying in new locations, although it is a bit of a walk to what I perceived to be Belfast city center. Hot shower, linens provided at the desk if you ask (the staff was very kind, much appreciated their service). It is connected to a cafe which was great for breakfast in the morning. Small lockers, clothes rack, sink, and mirror provided in a room with 4 bunks (comfortable enough). I just wish there were paper towels or maybe hand sanitizer in the communal bathroom because when you wash your hands there is nothing to dry them with! There were also some amenities like a TV room and a library, which was nice for a quiet spot to have a call and not bother your roommates."
