Reviews
"(Edit to review) I really liked this hotel. Besides the positive things I mentioned on my review below, I will not be staying again at this hotel due to an unauthorized charge to my credit card. My stay had been paid by the travel agency as by proof provided at my checkout to which point all was good. Three days later a receive a charge to a credit card I had given to charge only extra consumptions. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE OF MY STAY but nevertheless they went ahead and did it. This was a mistake by an untrained person at the desk but could have been easily gone under my radar and could have been overcharged. (Original review) Really like this hotel. Stayed many times before. Seems the Covid period was not kind to them and the signs of age start to show. Safe box not working and water tap of the bathroom was not fixed correctly. Due to wear and tear I believe. But for the rest I really like the swanky vibes and super friendly staff. Their lobby bar is on point. and roof bar has the best cocktails including a good selection of mezcal. I will definitely be back."
"Came with my girlfriend for a weekend and was very pleasantly surprised at the standards here. Room was compact but it was all you need and was very clean with a fantastic shower. The Location & Rooftop bar were the highlights. In the middle of everything, with a 5 minute walk max to get anywhere/anything you need. Balcony on rooftop bar is great and the floor staff/manager was very helpful and friendly. Cocktails need a very serious adjustment though as even the Espresso Martini (not limited to this) is way off with taste and specs. Bartender seemed offended I asked him to taste it (I didn't send it back or ask for free drinks, simply asked him to taste whilst buying a new drink) and when he did, attempted to say it tasted perfect. For reference, we tasted 6 cocktails and only 1 was agreed on by both as being somewhat worth it. Disappointing attitude and cocktails. That was the only disappointment from the experience as besides the cocktails on the Rooftop, everything else I would highly recommend."
"Best hotel to stay in Belfast. Lovely quiet nights sleep in the center of the city. Walking distance to any shops/sights and their is 2 restaurants and a bar within the hotel should you wish to stay close to home of a rainy day - Bike available for residents and hotel lobby if you need to get some work done. The Rooftop restaurant is perfect for an Aperol Spritz & a Gluten free Pizza. The entire hotel is very accessible. Their is special dog friendly rooms and I would recommend this for all types of travel: Business trip, family getaway, date weekend etc."
"I was there meeting old work colleagues. The bar was very busy, we were at a table which did have table service. Due to it being a Friday late afternoon in December the table service was very slow. You can however visit the outside bar and get your own drinks. Reasonable prices, city centre location and a hotel bar usually means drinks can be a tad expensive but £7 for a glass of wine is on par with most of the other bars. It did get very warm though which for me got uncomfortable but hey that's me. Very nice atmosphere which is great but I prefer a more traditional bar, for lunch though with your girlfriends it has that special feel. I was not disappointed with Bullitt and I am glad that I have visited. Great spot for an afternoon cocktail."
"Great location, close proximity to everything we needed. Quite quirky inside with good bar and restaurant. Room was quite small but well appointed, would definitely visit again next time in Belfast."
