"Room was boiling with no window which you could open. The finer details like changing of bedside light bulbs for working ones could be better,before we checked in. Bed was comfy and the customer reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast is good, but was a bit of a shambles this morning. We had to wait for the cooked breakfast to be cooked , and people were waiting an unacceptable time when we had all places to go, and we had booked our time for breakfast. Overall a good stay."

"Front desk staff were absolutely wonderful to us. We were given the incorrect room in which they quickly resolved and offered us free breakfast the next day, even though I didn't kick up a fuss or ask to be compensated, which was very kind of them. When we went to the breakfast there were no servers walking around for about 10 minutes so we seated ourselves, in which a server came over 10 minutes later and lectured us on seating ourselves and complained about us to other staff members in front of us. He was quite rude to my partner. Other than that, was a lovely stay."

"Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. The heating system had died, though they were able to provide an electric heater to help with that, and the whole place had a run down feel to it…perhaps it’ll be better when their renovations are complete - renovations that ran much longer into the evening than they promised they would. However, the location, in the Cathedral District, was perfect…the whole area buzzes in the evening, it’s perfect. The other plus was that breakfast was served in the adjoining Bar+Block - a buffet style full Irish breakfast that I couldn’t resist."

"Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean and adequate for our needs, very good shower. The only negative thing I can say was noise coming from the pub and street at night but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Absolutely loved Belfast!"

"You can always rely on a Premier Inn! The staff were lovely, room was great, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was just what we needed! As a vegan it is very rare to find a place that serves vegan bacon and sausage I was OVER THE MOON when I found this out! The staff at the front desk were so helpful, I asked them many questions about all different things and they were more than happy to help. 20/10 customer service! I even experienced coming back at 2am and having the security on the door, they were very polite and simply asked for my room number and name, I felt very safe. Definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!"
