"We only slept over one night and had everything to our disposal and more. Lovely large kitchen where you can make your own breakfast or eat some cereal which is provided with milk. Friendly host, clean and comfortable. Only small drawback is that the bathrooms are not ensuit. Good value for money. Can recommend it and will book there again if in Belfast."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at the guesthouse for three nights and we enjoyed our stay here so much!! A very very clean kitchen space for self-catering, including a washing machine! We had a very spacious, comfortable and cosy room for a good price with breakfast included!! The bathrooms are also really clean, spacious and private (even though they are not accessible from the rooms)! We are both vegan and it was no problem at all to change up the vegetarian option at the breakfast, Cappuccino was one euro extra, Americanos are free (sometimes we didnt need to pay the extra charge, depending on how long the service took)! :) would come back any time, when I am in Belfast!"

"I recently visited this cafe and received the worst customer service me and my friends have ever experienced . On arrival the server had told us that there was going to be a wait which we were understanding of as it was very busy. As we waited we witnessed the server had asked if the boys who came in 15 minutes after us had just sat down. The server was well aware that we were in before these boys and continued to serve them first. At this point 35 mintues in we hadn’t even had a drinks order taken whilst the server had already taken 2 other orders before us from customers that arrived after us . When the server finally served us after over an hour of waiting , he told us there would be another 25 min wait for the food. As my friend said “ yes that’s okay” he rudely said to us “ is that a no because there are plenty of people that would want your table” he then said “ sorry I just assumed that was a no because nobody spoke” . I have never ever received this level of rudeness as a paying customer despite the fact we had not said anything about 2 other groups being served before us. Despite this awful interaction the food was lovely & the worker did say sorry for he wait at the end and expressed that it was a little bit stressful as it was busy. As customers we can understand that it is busy but there is no need to speak to paying customers in such a rude manner ."
