"I’m American. After talking to a guy for quite a while, we decided to meet up while I was on my solo Europe backpack tour. I came to Belfast and we met at the Ireton as that’s where I was staying. We went out for drinks nearby and stayed up till 6am talking. From that day forward, we’ve spent every single day together despite living on opposite sides of the world. This is where I met the love of my life and where our story began. Great hotel, friendly staff, and will always be a memory x Would love to rebook for our 1 year anniversary in August and this summer but don’t see any availability :( Highly recommend!"

"1st time staying here. Was up for the night with my mum. Staff was very kind and spoke when we seen them. Asked how our stay was. Would stay again. Lovely clean rooms.. TV in the rooms shower.. Basic but very nice place to stay. Only problem was when others came back from their nights out the room. Doors slammed. I tried to hold the door when closing but it still banged. Nothing to do with our stay. As I say lovely rooms and very clean"

"Very comfortable and cosy place in a great location. It's more of a luxury halls of residence than a hotel but don't let that put you off. Yes the rooms are quite small and the bathroom is tiny. Yes they will only clean your room if they ask you. And yes there's no breakfast. However, what you get is wonderful, friendly hospitality from the amazing reception staff and a really, clean modern room. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyed staying here over the extended weekend! The rooms were clean and modern. The shower pressure and heat were perfect! The location was great, it was a short walking distance from many restaurants, pubs/ bars and the train station! Would definitely recommend."

"Great hotel. Firstly it's really well fitted, stylish and comfortable. The rooms are a reasonable size and the kitchen area with tables is a great addition (we didn't use it personally but knowing it was there was so handy, and we would almost surely use it next time). It's located in a great location. Pretty central but still a little away fom the hustle so very easy to sleep. Sound proofing is good too so no slamming doors or chatty neighbours. Finally... the staff... a real credit to themselves and what they do. They really do go out the way to do anything and everything they can. I really felt they didnt just want my money, but that they really wanted my stay in the city to be enjoyable. Little gestures like fresh milk, cute little notes, yummy crisps and just general all round niceness make the hotel a punch above. Friendly and engaged as much or as a little as we needed. Surely found my Belfast hotel from now on. PS I found if you book direct direct you get the best deal. Pretty much a no brainer."
