"Very nice staff, clean and tidy with well maintained rooms and a comfy bed. What more could you want really. Breakfast was a buffet style and had a decent selection. Would definitely stay again."
"We stayed at this place for 4 days during our vacation to Belfast. Overall i am quite impressed with the experience here. It is located at a great location. All the basics were upto the mark, rooms were clean, beds was comfy. The lounge was decent with typical holiday inn express decor. Breakfast provided was good. Staff was very friendly and did their best to make our visit comfy. Only 1 complaint is that the complementary water bottles were not provided, even wending machine was not working, which made us struggle for the water at midnight and we have to purchase it in unexpected cost at that time."
"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was clean, friendly staff. The location was ideal for what we needed it for, a nice village a couple of streets away. The only thing I would have liked is our room to be cleaned daily. I had to ring down to ask for clean towels, toilet roll and our bins to be emptied but overall a good experience"
"OK. Staff lovely but booking was wrong, however they did there best to change it. Tidiness not the best as a can of cider was upstairs for the 3 days we were there - so attention to detail needed. Also my children's room had not been earned well at all- dirty towels and old listerene bottle in bathroom with slices of lemon on the side. Very noisy all night. The outside area needed a damn good clean as well because plastic beer glasses were everywhere which doesn't add to pleasant experience. Also a distinct waft of weed smell was constantly in abundance even though the front entrance was manned!"
"Highly recommend this hotel! Service was brilliant everyone was lovely. So handy as they kept our bags till we could check in and out. Food was amazing. Bedrooms were so comfortable and clean. A little out the way from the city centre but apart from that amazing stay would definitely come back."
