"What a fabulous hotel, clean, rooms spacious with a small kitchen. Staff where friendly and very helpful, our rooms where ready early and we where allowed to to check in early. Well place in the centre and within easy walking distance to either getting on the hop on off bus or walking to local land marks. Highly recommended"
"Stayed in during the Christmas period and loved it! room was super spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was large and comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet for being on a main road (we were on floor 1 and heard no street noise). Location is also brilliant, a quick walk from anything you need, lots of restaurants and bars! The perfect hotel for a Belfast getaway! Will definitely stay again"
"Nicely located hotel. Very near lots of restaurants and attractions. My room was very large. Soft bed and pillows. Down comforter that was just right, not too hot and not too cold. Only negative thing was that the floors were very creaky. I hope I didnt wake the downstairs people when walking around at night."
"It is my pleasure to write this review, because The Flint has exceeded my expectation on every level. It is sleek, with exceptional wifi throughout. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. And the suites! Beautifully designed with a gorgeous view of Belfast downtown. I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchenettes far more than I would enjoy a free breakfast etc (although there are many restaurants within walking distance!) I have stayed in probably dozens of hotels over the past few years and this is one of my favourites."
"For those who have always stayed at a hostel all their lives, this would probably be a five star hotel. For me, a five star hotel provides actual service and experience, aside from just giving you keys to your room. There is literally nothing to do here aside from going to your room. It is a bare bones operation. There is no real lobby, no bar, no restaurant, no pool, no spa, nothing. We stayed here because of their laundry facilities, which is on level 6. If you choose the wrong cycle, the washing machine will take 3 hours. At least the washer and dryer were free. Our room was fine and livable. The AC worked. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. And, the location was convenient to many of the places we needed to see and do. It would have been helpful if there were better instructions for the washer, if there was a shelf in the shower stall, if the towel warmer worked better, if there were more towel racks, if the bathroom trashcan were larger, if the small safe functioned, if there were sheer curtains, if the windows offered better soundproofing and if there were better quality bedding, soap, body wash, etc. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly fine for those on a budget."
