"Very happy - quick and professional I needed an oven repaired. I had trouble with other providers, but ABC Maintenance was quick, professional and helpful. The booking team (Kristina) was great and booked me in for the next day. The engineer came within the allotted time, was helpful and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. The oven was working within 20 mins of the engineer arriving. I am delighted with the service. Thank you!"
"Asked ABC maintenance to repair a broken hob element as a landlord, having never used their services before and finding them via google- they managed to do it in the end and price was reasonable, but they did take 4 weeks in total to fix it - this is because they had ordered the wrong size of the spare part needed. Very poor communication throughout - i.e. they would not call me or email me after they had visited to tell me the outcome - I would have to constantly call them to chase and they would tell me that they were 'inundated with jobs and would reply to me with an invoice/update as soon as possible'. They also arranged further visits without informing me except for an automated email on the day they were visiting. In the end my tenant had to inform me it was fixed as I was not even aware they had visited. However when it came to asking for payment they called me multiple times on the same day straight away. Probably would try elsewhere in the future due to their poor communication."
"Dimitar was very very helpful and very nice. He is very knowledgeable and located the problem very quickly and once he had the replacement parts, he fixed up our washing machine. The process was very smooth. Thanks to Dimitar, our washing machine is up and running again."

"Excellent service from Yaroslav I'm very happy thank you! ABC were diligent and quick to contact me when my agent informed them of my hob issue. Yaroslav is knowledgable, friendly and quickly tested all my hobs. Two of them were not working. Two days later he comes back and installs a new stovetop. He even cleaned the oil gunk left behind before installing the new one and had a mask on due to Corona. I highly recommend his service as he is attentive, professional and hard working. Thanks!"
