"Easy to use website and order process. Placed an order for Bosch washing machine. Appliance Centre delivered and installed it within few days. Packaging was taken away with my old washing machine. Highly recommend them."
"What a bunch of clowns. They sent an engineer to repair a cooker who turned up and hadn't a clue. He stuck his head in the oven and told me it was the heating element - no way Sherlock! No diagnostic report provided, no invoice and yet he demanded £48 for the pleasure. He was on site for just over 5 minutes and told me they would need to come back with the part to finish the repair. The company then sent me a text stating the repair had been completed just as the so called engineer was leaving. I refused to pay and this company threatened me with debt collectors. The following day they took out a small claims at the County Court to pursue the debt. Today the case was heard at Barnet County Court and the case was dismissed by the Judge as they did not even bother to turn up. They could not be even bothered to walk the 5 minutes from their business premises to the court which is situated nearby. They are cowboys and should be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately I cannot give them less than one star on this review, they deserve minus stars."
"To whoever is reading this and considering using the company. I strongly advise you do not and consider instead using an alternate company. Perhaps Ken Bowman and Sons on North Finchley high road. I first paid for an oven repair on 31st Oct 2022. After the initial call out I was told a part needed replacing and was charged an additional fee that I was told needed to be paid urgently. I had in fact already paid the fee and the employee I spoke to tried to scam me. I was sent the money back but still outrageous. Furthermore, it is now 12th Jan 2023 and the oven has still not been repaired despite me paying for the component and the call out service. I’ve tried to contact the firm multiple times only for them to ignore my attempts. This is a scam company run by amateurs who don’t have a clue. It’s the single worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with."
"Very poor service. Engineer did not turn up and I had to chase to get an engineer. A part was needed. When after 3 working days the part had not arrived and Appliancentre did not know when it would arrive I complained - the person at Appliancentre hung up on me twice and refused to answer my calls. On the 5th working day Appliancentre said part had still not arrived and suggested I ordered it myself. I am therefore having to find an alternative provider."
"Poor customer service! I placed an order on the 5th October for a Shark hoover which was due to be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. I've not received my order and I keep calling for updates which they say they are waiting for from Shark and they are not being responsive. Appliancentre never update me by call/email and when I call, they simply say they will look into it and never get back to me. Very disappointing from both Appliancentre and Shark."
