"From start to finish was a brilliant experience. Starting with the store, I was provided with amazing service. We walked around discussing all the different options before agreeing on a washing machine that I liked. Unfortunately my first option was recalled by the manufacturers, however I was called up straight away by the guys in store and was offered an alternative, that was able to be fitted the very same day. As luckily they had stock in store. The install team... Well I had trouble with my orignal washing machine, which they managed to temporary fix. But I decided it was old and about to go so they happily changed it over. Both of the guys where so friendly and full of joy. Telling me how they also had the same machine as the one I just brought. Which filled me with confidence. I could sit here for hours typing about how amazing they all are. But I'm sure you get the point. Thank you again to the east sheen coopers team! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
