"Absolutely brilliant service and amazing repair job to my lovely boots! Unfortunately while travelling to London I was walking out of the aeroplane when the rubber nut on the heel of my boots came off and I had to find a shoe repair place really quickly as I was flying abroad the next day….. thank goodness I went to Matthews shoe repairer - the service was great and very speedy and I was able to go have lunch with my daughter while waiting for my boot to be fixed - and was messaged to say when I could pick my boots up too…. Lovely repair - see photos. No evidence of the damage which happened due to me having to walk a while in broken boot! All scuffs on heel gone. Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it - would not hesitate to recommend others to use this repair service! They look better than when I actually arrived in London - just delighted!"

Update: I did not expect you to apologize for doing your work. But my experience was negatively impacted by the fact that your shop was too busy to help customers navigate your product selection. You must also be mistaking me with someone else, because I am pretty sure I didn't cut in front of any customers, and I did not ask for help on how to polish my shoes (a customer before me did though). While I appreciate the invite to return, your shop looked like it's busy all the time and I don't want a repeat."
