"Very bad service!! Turned up and removed my cracked windscreen, completely destroying it in the process, leaving glass everywhere over the bonnet and on the floor that they did not clean up and then to tell me that they had brought the wrong replacement. This left me without a car for the night. They put the smashed up windscreen back on over night which made more of a mess. They came the next day to fit the new one and scratched the the paint work in multiple places and left cylicone on the paint work too and slammed my door into the wall. It was very hard to communicate with the two lads that came to do the work as they didn't speak a word of English. Was quoted 160 and ended up being 190. Very angry with the service I've received and will never be using them again nor recommending them to anyone."
"After being told by autoglass I had to wait 8 days for a replacement passenger door window,this company was recommended by someone. I have to say from head office to the fitter were excellent. The cost was great too. Competent,efficient,courteous and professional. My window was replaced the same day and the fitter hoovered out every last piece of glass from inside my car. I was so impressed I have told all my friends,my local garage/mechanic and our neighbourhood site as we do experience a lot of car break ins in our area. Thank you."
"Very good price and offered same day service but didn't show up. No call or text to explain. Didn't chase, went to someone else, who also didn't show up. Finally fourth time lucky getting window fixed outside of London! Apparently these guys are so busy customer service doesn't matter."
