Before the work began he was very clear and helpful, quick to respond via WhatsApp and email, doing research and offering advice on the specification and purchasing of the new system. For the installation he was punctual, professional and friendly. The quality of the work is very good and the new systems installed work perfectly. He even spent additional time making instructional walkthrough videos demonstrating the new system and how to use it and maintain it, which he sent to me.
