"After returning from Christmas to a broken boiler I decided call London Gas Plumbers, they totally failed to identify the problem and decided to take the radiators of the wall causing a total mess, two hours and a lot of money later I asked him to leave without fixing the problem. The next day I instead called Colin from C W services, within ten minutes he had identified the problem with the boiler and had ordered the parts needed as well as fixed the problems caused by the previous company.
