"Truly excellent service. Our technician Ali, had been around a few weeks ago to insert a new Sky dish on the wall of our house. It had not proved rigid enough in the high winds that we had suffered in the past few weeks and had twisted out of alignment. Ali came back with an improved fastening for the dish and re-did the installation with the minimum of fuss and bother. His manner is friendly and polite but he exudes professionalism.
