"The service was effective, reasonably priced, and quick. I appreciated the friendly and professional communication - and generally felt in really good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
"We had a broken dishwasher which had a pump issue. These guys came and fixed it very quickly. They also tried it several times to be sure all is OK instead of leaving quickly. Highly recommended professionals."
"There were conflicting reviews about this company so I proceeded with caution. However the overall result was positive. The identified the fault and their quote for the parts was the same as the manufacturer quoted me (Good) The competitive £100 call out included the second visit and engineer arrived on time and completed job. Receptionist kept me up to date including phoning to say engineer on way Overall pleased with this company and provided you know what to ask and what to expect I would recommend Thanks Repair Aid"
"I was not happy at the start as the cost was more than quoted (spare parts not included) but after speaking to the management we found a compromise and despite the problems they resolved and fixed in a way that made up for everything. Its so hard to find reliable repair services, I've been scammed by others in fulham, but so far this is one company we would use again as they did things the right way even when there were problems. So would recommend them to you"
"AVOID! 0 customer care. 0 respect for people's time. I booked this service to fix a faulty washer door at a tenants house. RepairAid said the engineer would call me 20min before the appointment (enough time for me to get to the property). Nobody called. My tenant said the engineer came, looked at the machine, tried the door and was out in 2min... 2min for a £84 call out fee without even explaining the situation to the customer paying! The engineer report indicated that the machine had a faulty door - which I knew already. I asked multiple if I could speak to the engineer to understand the problem and testing process...they wouldn't give me the number. Asked if I could speak to a manager.. they said their management uses the same number, so they will leave a message for them...(um sorry, what?). An hour later a 'manager' called me back explaining the exact same thing. So I asked for a compensation for the 2min engineer appointment. She said that is not in her control and will leave a message for the director....obviously didn't hear back and got the £84 taken out of my account. I managed to open the machine door with a piece of string (watching a Youtube video), tested the machine itself (what the engineer didn't even do)... and ordered a new replacement latch myself which costs £14 online for next day delivery. Thanks for nothing RepairAid."
